An entrepreneur at heart, Annie Lemieux founded Groupe LS4 in 2010. Having acquired her experience within the family business Groupe LSR, established in 1969 by her father Serge Lemieux, she takes over with pride.
Over the years, Annie has carried out several large-scale projects in Quebec as well as internationally such as Haut Saint-Lambert, L'Esplanade, Villas-sur-Rive, Valeo Saint-Lambert, a park of 450 units of nursing homes, construction and acquisition of rental properties in Houston, TX, Orlando, FL and Boca Raton, FL, the Willa Nowa integrated project in Poland, management of the National Bank Tower at 600 de la Gauchetière in Montreal as well as the construction of the interior gardens and the Rive ‑ Droite in Saint-Lambert.
